YOU MUST RESPOND TO EACH CLAIM.  The Answer is your written response to the Plaintiffs’ Complaint.  In your Answer you must state whether you agree or disagree with each paragraph of the Complaint.  If you believe the Plaintiffs should not be given everything asked for in the Complaint, you must say so in your Answer. 

4. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASE IF YOU DO NOT SEND A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT TO THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THIS SUMMONS.  If you do not answer within 20 days, you will lose this case.  You will not get to tell your side of the story, and the Court may decide against you and award the Plaintiff everything asked for in the Complaint.  If you do not want to contest the claims stated in the Complaint, you do not need to respond.  A default judgment can then be entered against you for the relief requested in the Complaint.

Notice is hereby given that the Special Election for Stearns County District 5, County Commissioner for registered voters in Albany Township will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Albany Fire Hall. (231 Fourth St, Albany MN) Polls will be open from 7:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M.

The Public Accuracy Test of the voting equipment will be held on Monday, November 11, at 4:30 P.M. At the Albany Fire Hall. This test is open to the General Public.

City of St. Anthony and Krain Township electors, a Public Accuracy Test will be performed on the AutoMARK, an assisting voting device, Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the Krain Town Hall located at 43207 State Highway 238 Freeport, MN (south of St. Francis) at 5:00 pm. The AutoMARK will be available for voter use at the Stearns County 5th District Commissioner Primary Election which will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Krain Town Hall. Primary Election day polling hours will be 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of Albany, MN, at 400 Railroad Avenue, the Albany City Hall, on the 20th day of November, 2013, at 6:30 o’clock in the evening or as soon as thereafter to hear all persons present upon action taken by the City Council for the vacation of an existing 5.00 foot drainage and utility easement over, under and across the northeasterly 5.00 feet of Lot 16, Block 1, TRAILS EDGE, according to the recorded plat thereof, Stearns County, Minnesota and the southwesterly 5.00 feet of Lot 17, Block 1, said TRAILS EDGE, Except that part lying northwesterly of a line 30.00 feet southeasterly of and parallel with the northwesterly line of said Lots 16 and 17 and except that part of said Lots 16 and 17 lying northwesterly 10.00 feet of and parallel with the northwesterly right of way of 2nd Avenue, said TRAILS EDGE
