Albany High School is well known for its great athletic tradition and accomplishments. The Albany Huskies Hall of Fame has been established to recognize the contributions and accomplishments of our most outstanding athletes, coaches and leaders who have helped develop our tremendous tradition. The first induction of the Huskies Hall of Fame was in September of 1996. Nominations are being requested at this time for the fifth induction which will be conducted in October of 2010. Nominations can be made by any Albany Alumni or community member.
Please return the form below for any person you wish to nominate. If you have already nominated someone, and wish to re-nominate them, or submit new information, you are encouraged to do so.
CRITERIA
A. All inductees must, during and following their career, have exemplified the pride and spirit that is Albany Athletics.
B. Categories -
1. Player: An athlete that has excelled in athletics and has been graduated from Albany High School for at least ten years.
2. Coach: A coach that has made a positive impact on Albany's Athletic tradition and has retired from coaching for at least two years.
3. At Large: A member of the school or community that has made a significant contribution to Albany High School Athletics.
